• PARISH COUNCIL NEWS.

  The Parish Council meet on the 2^nd Tuesday of each month in the ClayTAWC Centre.All meetings start at 7 p.m. and the public are very welcome to attend.There is a regular agenda item of 10 minutes duration when members of the public may speak and raise their particular concerns.

  Notes from the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on the 8^th June.

  1. A new piece of play equipment together with safety surfacing has now been installed in the children’s play area in the Playing Field.The cost has been financed by a grant of £2,000 from Cornwall Association of Playing Fields and the balance from Parish Council reserves

  2. A satisfactory report from the annual safety inspection of the play equipment has been received and there are no items which are classed as a high risk to the public.

  3. The external audit report on the Council’s accounts has been completed and there are no areas where amendments are required.

  4. Council received and approved reports from the General Purposes and Audit Committee on risk management and the Planning Committee.
